Her expertise extends to bringing projects to market successfully. Suzanne has personally invested in and overseen extensive renovation projects, including single family homes, multifamily projects, and condominium units throughout the DC Metro area.

Lee brings more than 12 years experience within the DC market to the table. A real estate expert through and through, he’s successfully executed over $100 million in sales, carefully attending to the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential and commercial properties alike.
Whether it’s single family homes, multi-family buildings, commercial spaces or condominium units throughout the DC area, Lee has extensive expertise in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and finding acquisition opportunities.
In addition to District Units, Lee is the co-founder and partner of Nhabit Real Estate, a leading boutique real estate brokerage within the DC, Virginia, and Maryland jurisdictions. He helped lead the firm to being ranked among the Top 50 Brokerages in DC within its first two years in business.
Lee and Suzanne share a passion for quality and delivering for the customer.
They first met when Suzanne, a developer, became a client of Lee, a real estate agent. They hit it off right away when they realized they had a mutual respect for quality workmanship and client service.
Seven years and more than $20+ million in real estate deals later, they saw an opportunity to have a larger impact on the DC community.
Everyday they watched condo units being overlooked, ignored or abandoned throughout the region. What they didn’t see was anyone else looking to do anything to change that. Driven by their shared passion and skill for delivering exceptional results, they decided to step in.
They knew they could unlock higher resale values for these properties and bring a touch of modernity to these forgotten spaces using innovative renovation and design techniques.
With more than 42 combined years of real estate experience in the region, they got to work acquiring properties. Deal after deal, they honed their pricing strategies, perfected contract negotiations, and continuously improved their design techniques based on valuable buyer feedback.
